I wasn’t always a therapist.

I’ve worked with plenty of leaders over the years—first as a subordinate, then as a peer and eventually as a boss, mentor and coach.

One phrase I collected along the way that stayed with me is “A meeting ends with clear next steps and timelines; otherwise, you were just having a chat.” This reminds me to focus on what I’m working for and what I'm doing to make it happen.

Focusing on results got me here, to this moment.

As I learned more about where I wanted to be, it became clear that I wasn’t anywhere near it. I had achieved all kinds of conventional success, but I hadn’t accomplished what was important to me personally.

With a vision of the life I wanted to live, I began my journey towards the results I craved. That's how I found my way here.

Credentials, education, experience, etc.

While earning my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, I trained with multiple mental health professionals across Los Angeles. I've since earned licenses to practice in California, Colorado and New York.

In addition to my Private Practice, I’ve worked with various organizations, including the Los Angeles LGBT CenterParadigm MalibuEvolve Treatment CenterLyra Health and Camden Center.

When I’m not working directly with clients, I also teach various courses online at Pepperdine University.

The corporate survivor.

Across my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in Operations Services, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Leadership and Performance Coaching. My background ranges from startups to some of the largest brands in the world.

I’ve created, documented and implemented policies, standards and training programs across multiple global organizations. I’m also experienced in project/change management and leading cross-functional teams.
