What am I doing here?

Everyone experiences growth, change, challenges, surprises, and struggles. It’s part of being human, and so is getting stuck in the process. Maybe something feels off, and going it alone isn't getting you to the other side. 

Is it me?

We all find something standing in our way, and sometimes that thing is ourself. We're expending all this energy trying to make things better, but in the end we're the biggest barrier.

How can therapy help?
